Update 15:
Hello 89ERS,
It’s been a while since the last update, and it’s entirely my fault. A combination of hectic travel schedules and the global economic crisis has been the cause of this mishap – but then who could blame me?
Wouldn’t you rather be gallivanting in the Canary Islands,
The good news is that a few more 89Ers have signed up (Respondees) which takes our total to well over 100 (400 including spouses and kids).
We are still on track to arranging a reunion which will probably take place around October 2009. October has been chosen because of the number of votes collected for this month.
The plan so far it to have a few events over a week-end:
- Golf day
- Formal Dinner
- Family day / braai / spit braai
As we ‘negotiate’ with The Glen, to arrange the venue and activities, I’ll keep you updated via this site and e-mail.
If you run into any 89ERS not yet registered on this site, please ask them to do so by completing the ‘contact list’ sheet.
