OK - so you thought this thing would be free!!!
There will be some costs: catering, food, drinks, venue hire, etc.
It would be great to be able to reduce the cost per person with a few sponsorships. We are looking at having about 200 people at the function.
Please give me a shout if you (or your company) would be willing to contribute a finacial sponsorship towards the reunion. It would really help in setting up a great reunion bash.
